  7. During the process, I will stay in touch with you. Please be ready to respond to any needed clarifications and feedback.

Payment

Payment process will happen after delivery, or partly upfront and partly after delivery, depending on commission scale.
I accept payment via Paypal or bank transfer.
(I use Paypal invoice to request payment. If you require a dedicated bill when paying via bank transfer, please let me know.)Please understand that as a security for myself, I will charge upfront for mid to larger-scale commissions. This advance payment will be 50% of the base quote.
Please note that the base quote does not equal the total cost, prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the request and any additional elements not covered in the base quote.

If you display the artwork anywhere online, please credit or tag me in some way or form! Thank you <3

Disclaimer

I reserve the right to post any work in progress as well as a watermarked version of the final artwork on my socials, and/or work on or showcase them in live-streams.

Additional Licenses

Commercial: Content
For a commercial content license for your commission, a fee of 20% of the base quote will apply. Please let me know upfront or if desired.Commercial: Merchandising
For a commercial merchandising license for your commission, a fee of 100% of the base quote will apply. Please let me know upfront if desired.See terms of service above for specific permissions included in available licenses.

NDA

If you require a NDA contract, a privacy fee of 50% of the base quote will apply. Under a NDA agreement, your commission will not be displayed publicly in any shape or form during the work process. The final artwork will not be posted on my socials until after an official reveal or permission from you. Please let me know upfront if desired.

File Delivery

All files will be available for download in a dedicated google drive folder. You will receive the link once the commission has been finalized.

  • file format: PNG

  • multiple artwork versions (depending on commission type) - at least 1 version with background and 1 version without background (transparent) are guaranteed

  • standard canvas sizes in px: 2160x2160 (portrait); 2160x2700 (halfbody); 2480x3508 (fullbody); 5200x2430 (ref sheet)

  • standard DPI: 300

  • no watermark

Character Sketch

  • 1 object or effect (weapon, magic, etc.)

  • colored background frame: free (requires color add-on)

optional add-ons

  • flat color: +6€

  • color & simple shading: +12€

  • complex elements (accessoires, tattoos, armor, etc.): depends on complexity

  • additional character: +50% of base quote + render style

  • pet/familiar/similar: +5€

  • character design fee: +6€

During the process, you will receive updates from me to give feedback and request adjustments, which I will always consider to the best of my abilities. (update frequency depends on commission type.)
Major revisions are possible during the sketching phase, minor revisions during coloring and rendering phase. In the final stages of rendering, no more revisions are possible.
Please note that multiple and/or extensive revisions will affect the total cost.

character design fee

If you cannot provide an existing character design for reference (character reference sheet, previous character artworks, link to heroforge mini, etc.), I am more than happy to work with visual reference images and text descriptions of your character provided by you - I will take extra time and care to figure out a fitting design for your character and thus will charge an additional fee.

  • 1 character in simple or dynamic pose

  • color and shading

  • textured background frame or gradient

  • 1 carried object (weapon, prop, etc.)

  • VFX (magic spell, etc.)

optional add-ons

  • high polish: +35€

  • additional object (weapon, prop, etc.): +5€

  • pet/familiar/similar: from +20€ (depends on complexity)

  • additional character: +100% of base quote + render style

  • background/environment (for characters in a specific scene): depends on complexity

  • HIGHLY complex elements (special accessoires, large tattoos, detailed armor, etc.): depends on complexity

  • character design fee: +8€ portrait, +15€ halfbody, +25€ fullbody

The goal is to make a practical and readable sheet that fits YOUR character!

  • 1 character, in a readable simple pose

  • view of 2 outfit layers

  • simple info graphics & text

  • color palette breakdown

  • separate view of 1 item (e.g. weapon, spellbook, magic item, ...)
    or
    1 detail (e.g. eyes, tattoo, wings, ...)
    that is essential to the character

optional add-ons

  • additional outfit layer: from +25€ (depends on complexity)

  • additional separate view of 1 item or detail: +20€

This service includes a classic iterative character design process. It is meant for anyone looking for a thoughtfully crafted design that visually conveys the character concept.
Please be aware that this service requires a closer collaboration and involves frequent input- and feedback exchange.
