  2. Tell me what kind of commission you would like, and any details about your desired artwork. Not sure about the specifics yet, or have something in mind not listed below? No problem, let's figure it out together! :))

  3. Please have some references (art of your character, pinterest board, detailed description, PDF/Google Doc...) at hand!

  4. You'll be signed up for the closest available commission slot.

  5. Before I start working on your commission, I'll message you again to talk through and confirm the details.

  6. During the process, you will receive updates and can request small or bigger changes (depends on the type of commission).

  7. All files will be delivered via Google Drive, watermark-free, for you to download.

  8. Payment follows after delivery. Please understand that for commissions with higher costs I will ask for a portion of the price up front as personal security.

I accept payment via Paypal or bank transfer.

Disclaimer: I might post a watermarked version of the artwork on my socials, and/or work on or showcase them live on stream.

Depending on the type of commission, I will stay in frequent contact with you over the course of my working process. I highly value my clients' feedback, and am always willing to work over and revise aspects of my artwork. (depending on the desired changes and how far along in the process the artwork is, of course. Please note that revisions may affect the final price.)NDA info
If you require a NDA contract, a privacy fee of 50% of the base quote will apply. Please let me know up front if desired.
Merchandising License

FAQ: When do you charge a character design fee?
If your character does not yet have a design reference sheet, a previous artwork that shows the character's design, a Heroforge Mini, etc. (you get the idea), I am more than happy to work with the visual reference images and descriptions of your character provided by you - I will take extra time and care to figure out a fitting design for your character and thus will charge an additional fee.
